Having a Geek Squad service, you are guarantee that the product that you purchased can be fixed or replaced by the squad.

Never have issues with them ask maybe 1 question and replace your product. I always buy the warranty its replace with no hassle.

I haven't had to use the geek squad protection yet but I know if I have any problems or issues it's there to help me.

Geek Squad plan is always great - I almost always purchase the plan on electronics - if any problems, you can return to Best Buy and they give you a gift card for the original purchase amount

I have used this with my Arlo camera Susan’s was so grateful when I returned them and received replacement camera’s

Good protection plan had to return since my my Arlo camera started recording upside down suddenly. I was able to swap out with an upgraded version.

I went in to get glass cover for my iPad. I had the Geek Squad put it on for me. I knew I wouldn’t get in on right! They had it done in a few minutes while I waited. They did a great job!
