We rarely purchase a protection plan, but based on the cost, we decided to add it to our Arlo Pro 2 system. So far, we have not had to use it.

And i doubt I will need it if the extender’s performance is an indicator. It has operated flawlessly for almost a year. But the replacement warranty has a reasonable cost/benefit ratio

if you buy anything you must get the geek squad replacement plan. i had my fridge broke down and i call the geek squad and they fixed it right away i highly recommend it.
