Nice to have support for e devices purchased from Best Buy after the return/warranty period ends.

You must have Geeksquad protection for your electronic think of it as insurance if something goes wrong they will repair or replace it

I had a few months left on my 2 year warranty when my product failed . Best Buy replaced it with a new one, no questions asked .

Came in, dropped off the tv, and left. Very convenient, super clean and great to know I didn't have to risk breaking my new tv in the way home.

Sometimes you need to bring the product in store for replacements, including chargers and other accessories included in original packaging.
