I normally don't buy extended warranty, but thought for a 400 dollar router worth the extra. Glad I did as ended up needing to use it and exchange was quick and painless

Any time we have had an issue, there have been helpful staff willing g and ready to assist. We have had to replace items Nd it was hassle free, no questions asked

Router extender went bad. They took unit back but issued a gift card. I had used a $25 earned certificate and used it on the original purchase. I lost that money. They could of re issued the certificate that I earned.

When you spend $200 plus on a router and they offer a two year replacement for less than 10% it was a no brainer. Geek squad service has been great for me.

Hopefully will not need to use but spending almost 200 dollars for a wireless modem capable of handling our needs I felt no choice but to pay for this insurance
