Haven’t had to use this replacent plan yet but the staff explained it in detail and answered all questions I had before I purchased it.

I have used the protection plan for several of the products I purchased from Best Buy. Well worth the price.

I don’t always buy the replacement plans but the couple I have purchased and needed to use provided a replacement item with no issues

Geek squad do an excellent job in electronic repairs and installations. All your electronic items are secured.

Warranty on item hit by lightning made it so easy to take old item in have new one in hand with in minutes
