service very helpful, the geek people are mostly helpful as some do not know what they are talking about. Others are very good and clear to instruct a novice computer person on the phone.

I’ve been reviewing all my geek squad purchases and again I will tell you, it’s always a good idea to protect your purchases with their service. They fix or replace, almost no questions asked. It’s fantastic

We haven't had to use Geek Squad on the particular device we purchase the plan for, but I think the extra protection is great to have on expensive items. We have benefited in the past.

I always buy Best Buy warranties, they have proven over and over(not that stuff breaks often either) to be great to have. Never an issue returning something covered, always a solution to get it fix.

Bought the 2 yr geek squad replacement. We had it on our expensive tv & purchased the 5 year. Geek squad came out, ordered parts & came back & fixed. Easy as pie. Bill would have been $832. If it's electronic & cost over &100, we buy the coverage.

I have had 2 plans for them, one for an Amazon Alexa Dot and my cell phone and even though I haven't had to utilize them physically fixing either devices, they're very helpful in terms of technical support.

the protection service has always been a must for items that may be prone to breaking. they cover the device incase of any spills or drops depending on the device or appliance. defenitely worth getting.

The agents replaced my hard drive with a solid state drive Been no issues very satisfied Now if Best Buy could make customer service a little more user friendly for seniors that will be great

The agents helped do a password recovery to our daughter’s laptop. They were very professional and knowledgeable about computers. They really saved the day for my daughter!

We have had to use this warranty 2 different times on 2 different e-readers. It was easy to get replacements both times but you had to rebuy the warranty protections on the new ones.

All I can say is that you get your Monies worth. Easy to work with and never had any issues . I’ve always been happy with their work and services. I’m a happy customer!!!

I got a small pedestal TV. Was afraid it would fall b/c the pedestal type is too easy to tip. Would not buy a pedestal again! Not to sit on a table and to be used by kids! Tips too easily!

I rest easy knowing that we are protected in 18 year’s purchasing from Best Buy we have always purchased the protection plan, they are definitely worth it.

I had my Arlo ultra cameras replaced with the two year geek squad warranty plan and the item I was seeking was not in stock they kindly helped me and my cameras were shipped to my house in 2 days.

Got it on sale for less than the nighthawk and I got to admit its just as good as the nighthawk without breaking the bank. Its a fantastic upgrade from my previous router and has many great useful features. I highly recommend it.

I'm not sure but I think this was purchased for the screen protector on my new phone. I did drop my phone, the SP cracked, I took it in, and they replaced it for free.

Best Buy needs better customer service training for Their Geek Squad. They are almost never friendly and getting information out of them is like pulling teeth. They are fair on technical issues.

I rely on the Geek Squad for their knowledge and for repairs. Have used Best Buy for many many years. They are my Electronic Wizards. They are always there when I need them.
