I was having some issues with gen 1 and because of buying the 2 year warranty Best Buy simply replaced it with the gen 2. I even got a Best Buy gift card for the difference between the gen 1 and gen 2 price.

The agents have repaired issues with four computers that would have otherwise created expenses that were not necessary. Their prompt and professional service cannot be matched.

Peace of mind for a few extra dollars to protect my items is a no brainier. Highly recommend. Replaced my broken headset a year and a half later in store in a matter of minutes.

It was easy to set up and great connection for a fully wifi home of 5. However, it stopped working aftet 3 weeks. Geek protection replace it but the next one did the same thing in 3 weeks. Went with a different model.

I am not usually a fan of paying extra for warranty. But I recommend it on these modems and routers cuz they are always coming up with new technology that I can just trade in the old with the new ones easily

There was no agent that mounted my TV or anything like that because my husband was able to do it, its good to have added protection for your product , they can fix it or replace it.

It is a huge peace of mind knowing I have purchased this service. If I have problems, I know they’ll help me with whatever it is. Definitely don’t skimp and do without this!!

I am hoping that my extended warranty on my Arlo Pro cameras will pay off with this purchase. Cameras have the potential to break down when exposed to the elements. Figured this would be a good reassurance to have.
