I will include this replacement service to all products I purchased from BestBuy if it is offered. No hassle, just get a new one if something gone wrong.

I don't always go for the protection plans because a lot of times they're just extra sales that are covered by either your homeowners insurance or otherwise but if it's cheap, why not.

So far so good. I bought this product 2 years ago and its still going strong. Good deal. Worth the coverage

The 2 year Geek Squad product replacement plan is awesome. If the Geek Squad can't fix it than they will replace it!
