We bought the 2 year product replacement as a cheap insurance policy in case anything went wrong.

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad but I like knowing if I need it, it's there for me to use.

The geek squad replacement plans is wonderful to haven't because you never know when you may need it. I had to use mine recently.
