I purchased the extended warranty, I don't usually do this. I am sure glad I did. The new Netgear Router was only a week old and it was struck by lighting. I brought it in exchanged it for a new one. Worth its weight in Gold.

It's worth the money if you use your product everyday. I used geek squad for my headphones and they replaced it with same product or give you credit towards a new product. I use geek squad for all my purchases.

Always worth to purchase because you never know what will happen to your product. Something was wrong with our ring doorbell (external). Screws wouldn’t unscrew but luckily with the insurance best buy replace ours with a new one!

2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement. I normally don't buy replacement plans. But this one is true if something goes wrong within the time either repair it or exchange it. Security of mine that you don't waste your money

I have bought this product a few times and there has only been one time I had to take something back due to issues on a tablet months later and was able to get a new tablet with no hassel.I would definitely get this exsteaned warranty.

I know some folks "don't believe in extended warranties," but the replacement plan is almost a no brainier for headphones. The fact that it covers normal wear and tear is good enough for me. I've already replaced two sets of headphones!

Well, I got this along with my new Echo Show 8... that replaced my Echo Spot. Got onsale with the return price of the Echo Spot due to having the 2Year Warranty, so it was worth it. Therefore, I got it again for this Echo Show 8.

If you want peace of mind with your purchase, then make sure you add the protection of Geek Squad! They know what they are doing, and it’s a great addition to the line of products.

Always better to have accidental protection plans and. Or need them. The one time you need it and don’t have it makes it worth it. What’s nice is the replacement of a similar item of yours is discontinued. Awesome price.

Highly recommend the Geek Squad services, price is fair, service is the best, any issues come up and they take it from there, you get great workmanship or a replacement of same value, what's not to love about that.
