    Good concept, works most of the time but nobody returned my call to address my complaint about the in home service I received. That’s not ok. Not sure if I will recommend…maybe.

    I like having the option to having an warrant but it not needed for every product that is purchased. You have to think about the usefulness of having one. However this is a great and hassle free option.
