I find that I can always relax more knowing that if something breaks or goes wrong or quits working that I have The Geek Squad readily available. I have used them in the past and find it so very helpful. Especially with my computers

I would definitely recommend getting the Product Replacement plan. I’ve used it before & had never had a problem, just bring the item in & they replace it with a new item. Definitely worth it!

Bought the added protection because the devices were so expensive and did not want to take a chance on something going wrong and I have to shell over more money to replace

Hard to review an extended warranty - when it hasn't been utilized! I have faith that the warranty process/any claims will be easy and painless - like all my other Best Buy experences.

This is the best policy because I’ve had to return some products to the store and because I have this wonderful policy I get new replacements.

All my stuff I buy from Best Buy, I made sure I buy the Geek Squad warranty. So whenever I have problem with my stuff I go back and return it and they exchange it for a new one. Where can you get that kind of deal.

At this point if I need something for my house, if Nest buy does not have it in stock I’m not getting the product. I believe in the Best Buy brand and love the service and the products.

Geek squad is always there to help if the product breaks they either sent it to get it fix or give you a gift card to.replace it . Never buy a product withou this great protection.
