Haven’t used this yet, but hopefully if I have to it will work out great. I’ve heard of people using their warranties before and having great experiences with their issues.

If you’re nit the Geek then it’s better left up to these guys. They are great the program is awesome and I’ve never been happier. I love it and recommend it

Spent $90 on a coffee pot for the wife. Have yet to use this, but was told if it does not work/breaks that I will receive a brand new one or something close to it.

Literally any time i buy something from best buy, i get this coverage. I come into the store let them know my product has coverage and they give me a refund

You can never go wrong with Best Buys geek squad service. I always purchase even though to date their products have outlived them. Money well spent for that extra security.

Geek squad protection is definitely worth having. I will be getting a replacement cam for my security system after one of the cams died after power outage

You can't go wrong purchasing a warranty that allows you to get a new one or a full refund. Purchased this after my Linksys EA9500 went out on me. 2 years of being able to be worry free. I'll take some of that!

Contacted geek squad just for information on my product and they were very supportive and my issue was solved without traveling to the store, excellent considering COVID 19.

Purchased this and my TV took a crap after the warranty was up. Geek squad was very helpful and still was able to fix the tv for free. TV went out 15 days after warranty ended

I bought this extended service contract to protect my google mesh network. Seemed a fair value in the event something happened to any one of the points. Will replace for up to 2 years.

With the appliances now adays having so much technology I thought it was good to buy some added protection. Hope I never need to use them, but if I do I have the protection.
