Bought a bunch of audio electronics for my car and it sounds awesome, its nice knowing if anything goes wrong, I'll have Geek squad in my corner.

I haven't had to use it yet, so I can't write a review. I usually don't buy these things, but the fail rate on most things nowadays, it's a cheap insurance policy.

I will always sign up for my Contract, they are great whether on the phone or in person at my Stroudsburg, Pa store where Tyler always take care of my problems with my HP computer.

I was having some issues with gen 1 and because of buying the 2 year warranty Best Buy simply replaced it with the gen 2. I even got a Best Buy gift card for the difference between the gen 1 and gen 2 price.

Don't hesitate on getting this protection plan. It really helps in the event you need it. I have purchased in the past as well and they have been a real lifesaver. Best Buy makes the replacement process easy and quick.

When it comes to modern electronics I never pass on the GSP. Quality control is not what it used to be and the last thing you want is have to deal with manufactures warranties. GSP will protect you better and longer.

Any protection plan purchase on anything from Best Buy is well spent money to safely secure a chance for repair or replacement of all electronics.

It was easy to set up and great connection for a fully wifi home of 5. However, it stopped working aftet 3 weeks. Geek protection replace it but the next one did the same thing in 3 weeks. Went with a different model.

If you're getting a computer fixed or phone fixed great...if you getting an item replaced due to a defect or damage it is awesome
