have bought multiple times. like the security. have used a couple times and was seamless. excellent service for security thet if something happens they got u covered.

Warranty on items bought have saved us several dollars as we live in high lighting strike area . We take the item in an can quickly get it exchanged for the new items

The agent installed my TV mount,TV on the wall, Receiver, link master remote and set up the sound output for the system and Linksys WiFi . He did a awesome job.

I have not had to use this service yet; however, I have used Geek Squad in the past with other products. I had not issues in returning items requiring repair. I received my replacement without any issues.

I have not used the services. However, I feel comfortable having the back up in case I am away on duty. My family can simply take the devices in for repair/replacement.

they lived up to their word/contract and replaced my product extremely satisfied with this service. I will renew when the contract end, adds some peace of mind!

Always have the protection! I never buy anything without any protection from Best Buy. Better to have it when you need it than needing it and not having it!

Geek squad did mount televisions in the living room and in the bedroom. They did a great job. I didn't have to worry about them falling. They were well secured.

I will always get this service, it is literally no issue if you have a problem which is almost never but has happened.

With all my electronics I try to go with some type of extended warranty longer than the manufacturer warranty. So 2 years was enough work what was purchased.

the replacement version of geek squad are great, they actually replace the product. just ask at register if the service for what your buying is for repair or replacement, both are worth it.

This saved me from wasting my money on a subpar Netgear WiFi router that wasn’t functioning properly. When in the store and got store credit no questions asked!
