Everything thing I purchase from Best Buy i get the protection plan. It is so much better than other stores. I only wished they renew when expired.

My son used to work in Geek Squad and since I live across the US from him now I realize how comforting Geek Squad protection is for certain products

We always get the Geek Squad Protection on our high ticket items purchased from Best Buy. When I used them in the past, I got great Customer Service!

I went in to get glass cover for my iPad. I had the Geek Squad put it on for me. I knew I wouldn’t get in on right! They had it done in a few minutes while I waited. They did a great job!

The first router I had was defective. It was less than a year old but I couldn't return it to Best Buy. Sent it to Linksys. So on my second one I just wanted to make sure and have extra coverage.

Haven't had to use it yet, but it was offered to me for the Philips Hue bulbs that are quite expensive. If something goes wrong with the bulbs, it's a simple replacement that requires NO deductible!

Good protection plan had to return since my my Arlo camera started recording upside down suddenly. I was able to swap out with an upgraded version.
