I've had to use it once before and so glad that I purchased it. The item was no longer available, so getting a replacement was hassle-free.

Although I started not to purchase this protection assuming you would not experience problems within a short period of time after purchase, I was cautioned by a friend who did experience a problem. Therefore, the additional costs is worth the purchase, just in case!
