I always purchase the product replacement plans/warranties because life happens and it is nice to be able to go back to Best Buy to replace my purchases when accidents occur.

Although I have not yet taken advantage of the program, prior conversations with Geed Squad personnel have demonstrated their knowledge of the current technology, how to set it up, to use it effectively, and, when necessary, to repair it.

Although I've never had to use this service, I buy it for all of the expensive electronics I buy from Best buy. I hope to never have to use it, but better safe than sorry.

My Geek Squad service will be actioned swiftly and masterfully, providing value worth its price if I need service in the next 2 years.

The geek squad protection helped us to get a replacement product having found that the wifi range extender did not work well for our home.

Sometimes it’s good to have this but sometimes I feel you never get to use it. So sometimes it’s a waste of money for the “ just in case”

I think that getting the product replacement plan on items that have a greater possibility of breaking is a good idea.

I will always recommend the geeksquad protection, their replacement protection just swap the unit out when ever anything goes out. So you receive a replacement immediately.
