I always get the geek squad protection plan in case there are problems with the product. The.problem is there always seems to be an issue scheduling the.geek.squad.tech to come.out to.my.home. They try.to.send.the.third party.and.I always refused because that is not.the.agreement that I signed. So you have to be persistent and if the third party.comes.and.there is.a problem afterwards.with product.the.geek squad will not come.if the.third.party has come.out.
