Thought I might need this protection but never had an incident. So I'm not sure how well the product replacement works.

I got this option because it was a good price point and the device will be replace if it fails. I usually don't get these plans on well tested (used in the field) technology but this is very new emerging technology so opted to get the plan since it was $13 a year. The extra cost wasn't something made it prohibitive. Unlike some other plans that cost more than the replacement cost of the device they're covering. If this breaks down then it will be well worth the small cost and if I don't use it is a couple of cups of coffee.

best buy has an amazing return policy for almost everything.

Good to have for the replacement value alone. Nothing is built that great these days, and it a huge hassle to deal with manufactures warranties. Added. Cost, but worth having.

I bout this begrudgingly. Got caught once without some sort of plan on my surface and I almost had to pay 200 to get Spyware off of it. Will not be cause twice...much too expensive

Very expensive cameras it only makes sense to buy a warranty for them.
