I FEEL PROTECTED KNOWING MY ECHO HAS GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION!

I got this option because it was a good price point and the device will be replace if it fails. I usually don't get these plans on well tested (used in the field) technology but this is very new emerging technology so opted to get the plan since it was $13 a year. The extra cost wasn't something made it prohibitive. Unlike some other plans that cost more than the replacement cost of the device they're covering. If this breaks down then it will be well worth the small cost and if I don't use it is a couple of cups of coffee.

They were helpful and took the time to explain it to me . They used terms that l could understand instead of talking over my head .

Always buy extended warranty no hassle and returns are easy

The GSP you get from Best Buy is better than most other stores.

I bout this begrudgingly. Got caught once without some sort of plan on my surface and I almost had to pay 200 to get Spyware off of it. Will not be cause twice...much too expensive
