Got this with my amazon echo. Great insurance plan.

First couple days this worked fine. Easy set up. App was easy to set up as well. BUT, the USB plug to wall works intermittently. Most times I would have to unplug it from wall and plug it back in. I tried other outlets in the home and it mirrored same issue. I needed this to be on full time. When it worked it was great. I would get alerts on movement, noise and yes, the occasional dog barking. I plan to return this today and exchange. Hopefully round 2 will provide better results.

In the past several years ago I found the Geek Squad uneducated, in experience and a waste of money on more than one account therfore I quit purchasing the added warranty and/or allowing them to install. Fast forward, I have heard that they have improved so we have added their service(extended warranties) to our recent purchases. Have not had to use the Geek Squad, but it's nice having that extra assurance
