    I purchased this product to work with my Sonos- the set up was pretty easy. But Alexa has trouble playing the different zones; she refers to one speaker even when all zones are playing, aka party mode.

    Exactly what does the Protection plan covers

    Protection plan covers exactly what? Will Bestbuy replace the camera or will it be shipped out if something happens to the camera. I always pay for protection plans but never use them.

    SOMEONE HAS YET TO EXP WHY NO CREDI ON THIS PAST YEAR CHARGES AND WHY I HAD TO PAY 199.99 FOR A BETTER SUPPORT.. TOLD COVERS ANY THING..NOT TRUE

    I purchased this just in case my blink cameras stop working and feel the extra money spent is better then possibly having to replace the cameras completely

    Night Owl Cameras

    I purchased Night Owl Cameras in 2018 and the Geek Squad Warranty and they stopped working in 2019. So in 2019, Geek Squad agreed to come and take down the cameras free of charge since I did not purchase installation from them and then I can return the cameras to the store for new ones, which I did. And now the cameras went out once again not even a year later. So I contacted Geek Squad again to come and remove them. Now mind you, I have to pay for installation every time I put the cameras up. I was just on hold for 2 1/2 hours, waiting for Geek Squad. Finally they answered and the Geek Squad agent I spoke with was very rude saying I needed to contact Night Owl and I told her that is why I purchased the Geek Squad warranty. I tried to explain what happened with the 1st purchase and she would not even look up my receipt to see what I was talking about. She just said she would transfer me to installation. I told her they are not the warranty dept and asked her AGAIN to look up my receipt to see what has happened in the past with the 1st set of cameras that I purchased since I just waited on hold for 2 1/2 hrs for Geek Squad and she would not look up my receipt. In the middle of me asking her once again to look up my receipt, she just transferred me to Installation. Now I am on hold with installation for over an hour with no answer. This is ridiculous.

    This product replacement through gel square is redundant in my opinoin, since Amazon would also replace it.

    Printer not printing, after 1 hour on the phone, agent gave up. Person from Xfiinity came out to work on the phone, we asked him to look at it and he fixed it in 5 minutes

    I bought this for peace of mind, as much as I usually don't buy extended warranties. If I never have to use it, it would figure, but whatever.

    But just because every time I do I never use it. I usually don’t buy because replacement cost is usually close to warranty.

    Always purchase protection in all our devices. I only wish the renewal process allowed for longer terms rather than yearly, it then becomes too expensive over time

    The service on my computer was performed quickly but it seemed once we decided not to purchase any plans the tech no longer had patients to answer any more questions.

    beware they have changed there return policy. after 14 days even with warranty you cant get money back only gift card.. stupid

    We purchased the Geek Squad support but did not have to use it. We were not sure about the product that we purchased on how difficult it was going to be to install. The product instructions were so user-friendly that we didn’t have to use the geek squad support. We really don’t want to rate the support Low, but we feel like it was a waste of money for us so far. Maybe it might payoff in the future.
