employees always have an attitude when You have concerns about your issues

I have had geek squad protection for my modem router, but they are not able to provide replacement on the phone. During the shelter in place order, i felt i was not able to make use of the protection as they did not help me out over the phone when my modem was giving trouble. Apparently it can only be taken care of in the store

Never used this. It was not needed. I believe this is expired and item still good

This is a good warranty to have . I would recommend to my friends and family

Ths is a plan that you need although I personally think the price is too high

Hope we never have to use it but glad to know we've got it if we need it .

Not thrilled only can use once if you have to return you have to get a new warranty

Its just a 2 year protection that I will probably never use so no big deal here.
