Makes no sense!

The reason was we no longer sell 4 camera system. You could return the same camera if it wason a 2 camera system but not 4? Store credit only!

very disappionted

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I called Mar 3, 2020 and an appointment was scheduled over the phone and the guys did not come because they said my Geek Squad Renewal did not go through. The Credit Card used by your department was using an old best buy card. That department did not have my new visa best buy. I am very disappointed.

Disappointed

I received mine last Friday, by Saturday evening I was returning it to the store. The brightness on the screen stopped and I couldn't get it to work.

poor service

If I had been apprised of this info I would never have purchased the protection. I would have been better off taking my Mac directly to apple to begin with.

Kind of deceiving.

Started having issues around March then the pandemic hits and they close up shop. I called Best Buy they mentioned that this coverage runs together with the manufacturers warranty. I guess you are covered only for an additional year not 2!

Paid but best buy refused to help

But best buy hung up phone n extremely rude customer service

If you don’t need the plan, we can then go over your options for cancelation of the plan. It should qualify for a pro-rated refund if you decide not to keep it.

Geek Squad broke contract

They did not want to replace TV. Expired my extended warranty on 5/2020 due to exhausting allowed amount for repairs.

protection plan

I never would get the TV one because the place you call for that is rude ands make it impossible to get a new TV. Thank god the store has a good manager that helped me replace the defective one.

Terrible service

Geek squad purchased but never used

Employees are not educated on geek squad protector
