Not good and claim process with Best Buy not good at all

TV repaired after 4 attempts. Did not want to replace it.

I bought Sony products. I never needed the warranty.

The agent was Ok. Nothing special about the service.

I cancelled this replacement service. Didn’t need it.

Why buy a warranty and can’t used it that is so dunm

Despite having a very good and fairly new Orbi Router for my home, I found myself unable to push a strong enough signal to a detached garage approximately 60-70 feet from my home in order to maintain garage door connectivity. After purchasing two different range extenders, I bit the bullet and resorted to this device. It cured my problem and delivers a solid signal into my garage, where the metal ceiling and metal doors made it impossible. Now I have a strong signal which covers my property. I also learned that the unit must be mounted to the outside of the garage to produce the results I needed. Highly recommended.

Cutting cable TV and needed faster wireless for streaming. Setup is extremely easy using their phone app. Was up and running in minutes. Good signal throughout my house and now have flawless streaming. Speed test showed a big improvement as well, but more importantly is that the wireless is now much more consistent. For everyone but ultra high-end users, I can't imagine you would need more than this. You could find something cheaper but this is a good quality product and worth it. Only downside is Best Buy would not honor price match on Amazon because the model # was off by 1 digit. I would have bought from Amazon except I wanted it immediately. Shop around if you can afford the time. Otherwise just buy it!

I usually don't write reviews BUT I am impressed with this little thing. I just have it a few days and I hope it continues to work for a long time. For $25 you can't beat it. The picture quality is GREAT the night vision is even better than more expensive cameras that I have. Set up was very easy and you can completely control it from the phone app. I haven't really tested the 2-way audio. No contract with 7 days of FREE cloud storage. it is easy to move around. I have had no problems with connectivity. I had to do a firmware update after set up. So far so good. I may pick up another at this price.

Our router is downstairs, and we didn't have a great spot to install this extender, but we put it in an outlet that was at least somewhat closer. Installation took about ten minutes, because we're not very computer-savvy. It solved the problems with streaming, which had been blanking out and dipping in function about 30% of the time. I bought this during the COVID-19 period, and I have to say I appreciate Best Buy's parking lot pickup. Well done, folks!

Bestbuy took great care of me without any hassles when I had an issue with one of my security cameras. For that reason alone the purchase was worth it. As long as my next experience...if necessary...is the same or better I will continue to purchase the Protection Plan for every item I buy there. Highly recommend for that extra peace of mind.

Bought this to replace my foyer light switch so I could create a script to turn on the foyer light whenever the door was opened (using a Samsung Smartthings Multisensor for condition check). Integrates smoothly with Smartthings but I have since moved all IoT and automations to Home Assistant. No issues with conversion or account linking. Can't beat this price for the functionality desired and still being able to have a wall switch to control lights manually. Will be integrating more TP-Link/Kasa items with my home. Only one gripe, it occasionally loses connection but this may be due to the location of my wi-fi router and 3/4" thick rock lath walls. Very quick and simple to resolve and restore the connection when detected.

I put one on each side of the house. I now have coverage in the back and side yards all through the house. I have done a speed test every in the house and I am getting the speed of internet in which I am paying for. The app for controlling each device is great especially for kids. My neighbor now how my signal better then his system. WELL DONE NETGEAR!

COVID-19 Has my work computer that's generally connected to the network by ethernet cables now on my Kitchen Table with no ethernet connection by. I went to Best Buy and they were all seld out... The store salesman helped me order this and its so fast and efficient! I never want to go back to my office or without my favorite computer so close!

Don't hesitate, get this! You won't regret esp if you're getting some expensive electronics!
