Don’t waste your money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Battery life sucks not worth the money they can’t even give you a charger just the cord if I’m spending 1600 for a drone with warranty it better last longer then 15 minutes of fly time per battery and takes around 4 hours to charge all three plus the googles and control they should also include a memory card

Doubting if I'd ever use the service

I got $125 back in rewards after my purchase of the package so I really only spent $50 on this service. My phone screen cracked and they did not offer geek squad discounted service even with my paid membership. I will probably never use it unless the drone crashes.

Posted .Hi thabowler – Unless it was purchased as a bundle, Geek Squad Protection Plan shouldn’t be mandatory for your drone, but it is certainly a good idea, as drones can crash. Insurance claim only got me 1/2 of its coverage
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Insurance was suppose to get my drone fixed at no cost, up to twice in a year but since he didnt know what to enter when filing my claim, I was told they could only refund me my drone and not what I spent on insurance. Leaving me with no peace of mind about what was suppose to be hassle free fix.

Posted .Having Best Buy's all over the country, often times, helps eliminate the need to go back to the manufacturer. There are items where the manufacturer works with us to allow us to fulfill their warranty to our customers in the store.
You should be able to get a prorated credit for the unused portion of your protection plan, if applicable, and you're welcome to discuss this more with any customer service representative in the store or over the phone!

Terrible customer service

I got suckered into buying this but there are no available appointments in my entire state, can't get through on chat or by phone so I'm out of well over 2 grand for a device and service I can't even use. At this point,, I would rather just return everything I bought and never shop with BB again.

Buy warranty from DJI

YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO ACTIVATE A WARRANTY WITH DJI ONCE YOU BUY THE DRONE FROM ANY RETAILER. DONT GET FINNNESED LIKE ME. THEY WONT PRICE MATCH THIS LOL.
