No bueno! Customer service is located in Guatemala and the Philippines. Good luck getting any issues resolved.

Called about it falling apart in the first 10 minutes and was given the run around by 3 different people so basically I just gave away $200

Terrible mistake getting this drone from this store it flew away a week after I got it and they still couldn’t help me even with the insurance I paid for

Nobody knew what to tell me for my questions or act like they were qualified for any questions

Not worth it if you have big appliances like a refrigerator or a washer. It takes them 2-3 weeks to send someone out for repairs.

This is not a two year plan it a one incident and then they cancel it

The worst warranty it’s 50$ warranty for a 80$ drone and only covers it 1 time

Keep buying this crap and the crap I buy keeps going out!

Not the exact protection needed it should cover the whole drone not just the wings of the drone waist of money if you ask me

When I first got this drone, I was a bit skeptical about whether it was really a drone because it felt so different from my friends' drones. But once it took off, I realized it was actually really cool. After a super simple setup, the drone was ready to fly, and I think anyone could understand how to operate it in just a minute. Just a gentle push on the joystick, and the drone moves in the direction you want, almost like an extension of your own body. It can go forward, backward, and even do flips—it seems like it can do anything! But I have to hand it over to my daughter since it's really for her. I'm not worried about her playing with it at all because it has sturdy protective guards around the spinning propellers, so it won't hurt her. Plus, it has this obstacle avoidance feature that makes it back away when it senses something in its path, which really boosts safety. The lights are a big hit with my daughter; she loves switching between different colors with the button, and she's having a blast. I think this purchase was totally worth it!

This mini drone is hands down my kid's favorite toy! It's small enough to fly indoors, and the colorful LED lights add so much fun, especially when the room is dim, the lights really pop! The one touch takeoff and landing is perfect for beginners, making it super easy for even the youngest pilots to use. The headless mode helps a lot too, since kids don't have to worry about keeping track of which way it's facing. My kids love the 360 flip feature, it adds a thrilling twist to their flying fun! It also comes with two batteries, so they get longer playtime without waiting for a recharge. This drone is such a great gift for kids, boys or girls, bringing hours of fun and laughter. If you're looking for a fun, safe, and easy to use flying toy for kids, I totally recommend this mini drone!

I purchaased the plan with my first drone a DJI 2. we had a few mishaps but nothing too terrible - then one day, a blade came loose as the drone was taking off and it careened off at high speed and crashed into the neighborhs house, damaging the camera gimbal and housing. I looked and my 2 year protection plan expired the following week! I took it into BB and they just cut me a new store credit for what I had originally paid for the drone and sent me shopping. I could have gotten a comparable unit for about the same but I was able to put the credit to a slightly better model - and I bought the protection plan again!
