This is great to have. I crashed my drone. Thinking that they could just fix it but instead sent me a new one....

Have not used them yet but have had many of my questions answered professionally to my satisfaction. Good to know I can rely on them.

Very fun and pretty good quality for the price. Lower rating due to misleading warranty through Best Buy. They don’t try to repair in store even though it says they do. Ended up returning after it would no longer charge.

No issues with requesting service, if needed. Electronic devices can be hit or miss, and having a backup plan can give peace of mind.

I crash by mistake and landed on water. The insurance cover any accident. I am grateful. Love the drone.

Had a small accident with my drone, took in for repairs. Best buy gave me a new one. This is a must!

The convenience of walking in with your broken drone and walking out with a new one was great. However I paid for 2 years, and when I exchanged my broken one a couple months later, it used up the entire plan and I am no longer covered. I feel that if you buy the 2 years, you should get 2 replacements, 1 per year. DJI will give you 2 replacements per year for $70. The convenience is worth the extra charge, but only buy one year at a time, otherwise its a waste.

Honestly when it comes to geek squad, its one of the best protection plan you could add to your item, everything is directly thru best buy dont have to call customer nor go thru the hassle

Drone insurance is something that must be taken into consideration but be careful, it only covers accidents not lost and does not change it for another drone. They send it to repair and cover the cost.

2 year accidental geek squad protection is a must have it comes in handy for so many different things!!

I bought the extended warranty to be able to fly this drone with more confidence-- and it has definitely provided that for us.
