    I didnt know I could of got full coverage with dji and it only would of cost me 100 and I would of had fly away coverage... dont buy

    bad service, when I bought the drone I bought the warranty, the drone load was unloaded very quickly, I took it to the store and as there were no longer available to replace it in the store they kept the drone, and with the cost of the warranty and They only returned a credit card for the store for 500 dollars and I had paid 750

    Wish I could give 0 stars. Waste of money. DO NOT BUY PROTECTION FROM GEEK SQUAD OR BEST BUY. A drone that malfunctions over water and is unrecoverable should be covered for the cost of this plan. DO NOT BUY

    No bueno! Customer service is located in Guatemala and the Philippines. Good luck getting any issues resolved.

    Called about it falling apart in the first 10 minutes and was given the run around by 3 different people so basically I just gave away $200

    Terrible mistake getting this drone from this store it flew away a week after I got it and they still couldn’t help me even with the insurance I paid for

    when covid 19 happens no one wanted to help me fix my dji drone mavic 2 pro call to many times same answer

    Not worth it if you have big appliances like a refrigerator or a washer. It takes them 2-3 weeks to send someone out for repairs.
