Good peace of mind for any damages. The negative thing is they have to send your computer off to get your new battery which can take 2 to 3 weeks.

The agent was very professional and nice and very helpful

It's nice knowing my Samsung 20 is covered since I'm still paying on it and it would cost me $1000 to replace it.

I always feel better if I have the Geek Squad protection, especially for a cell phone since it travels with us everywhere.

A couple years ago I dropped my new phone on the rocks by the ocean and shattered the screen. I had the Geek Squad protection then and I do now.

Always purchase the geek squad protection after we were able to get a tv replacement after the manufacturer warranty had expired.

Even though I'm super careful with my phone this care plan gives me a HUGE peace of mind in knowing my device will be taken care of.

I wouldn't buy a new phone without getting this protection plan. As much as I dropped my phone in the past it's well worth it

My experience with Geek Squad throughout the years is that they're excellent. Don't need to say anything else. What more do you need?
