Can't really give a review as I haven't really needed to use this service for much but glad to be able to have them on hand if I do ever need something.

The geek squad has good coverage for the price on cell phones, however when I upgraded 2 years ago the sales girl told me it would automatically transfer to my new phone and I learned the hard way that is not true. Not happy about that since I did break my phone and had no coverage for a new one and I also paid for coverage for 2 years on a phone that I didn't have anymore.

This is by far the best protection that I’ve ever purchased. Much better than the one I use with my cell phone provider. Canceled their act kept this one.

The Geek Squad has been very efficient when we've need them for electronics, computers and appliances. The Protection Plans have been worth the peace of mind.

I haven't had to use the service yet, but I'm glad that I have it. It's an insurance policy that you pay a premium to cover your device against damages.

What can you say about a protection plan.......I have peace of mind knowing that my phone is covered just in case and by the GEEKS who could ask for more !!!!!!

This is kind of a no-brainer on a $1200 dollar phone (no, I didn't pay that much, I got it on sale).

Haven't needed to use the Geek Squad for my daughter's new phone. However, when we have needed for other electronics that have been extremely helpful.

Sons screen cracked and had some pixelation before crack. Was not able to fix in store had replacement phone in 2 days. Customer service was great.

purchased with my Samsung S21 for protection but so far have not needed it. As much as phones cost you need some protection on any phone

I tend to be a klutz and wanted to make sure I could still have a great cell phone to use, even if I dropped and broke it.....great for peace of mind.

Haven't had to use this yet. I hope I don't but like the idea if I do I can take it to Best Buy to get things done. At least that is what I am thinking.

Got this because I had a previous Samsung - dropped it and wasn’t covered. If you’re looking for peace of mind I defiantly would get this plan!
