Definitely when purchasing something as valuable as my Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, I want a safety net protection plan in place.

Every time I have tried to use it I would get a we don’t cover that you have to go to the manufacturer or you just have to replace it.

Although less accessible due to COVID-19 (and they've canceled twice), they are still amazingly helpful to this tech-deficient user!
