    $199.99 for a "Service Fee" to address a failed camera on a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. Add the $169.99 - almost 50% of the purchase price. What a waste!

    Do not purchase! Charged $200 for replacement S10 that broke within a week. The Service Request for a replacement was deleted with no explanation.After 32 minutes on hold the Geek Squad agent disconnected the call without resolving the issue.

    I did not purchase this item. In fact, I had canceled it a month before only to have it reappear on my January statement with five months of billing. It took me 5 phone calls and nearly two hours to get it removed and canceled again.

    Absolutely awful... how stupid if your phone breaks with a manufacturer's warranty geeksquad wants to charge you a deductible to replace your phone. So much miscommunication with the employees.... totally turned me off to the program

    I can’t cancel. I never want this charge. I am basically getting charged twice because there is the same charge on my Verizon account as well

    Had a huge issue with reception on this phone (20 note). Pre and post model phones were fine. Bby wouldn't do a thing for me even with the extra coverage/protection.

    I purchased this for a S10 phone. The details were not presented when I signed up. It made it sound like it covered any repairs for the monthly cost. That is not so. A screen replacement was going to be $200!

    Purchased new phone, was told contract on old phone canceled. Than a month later get charged for Two warrantees on new phone and charged for warrantee on phone I traded in. so they now charge me three times for one thing.

    Not what I expected as I previously had Verizon protection plans. Not as good. More expensive and they wouldn't fix my phone. Had to get a new one.

    I was getting charged on multiple credit cards for the same service. So it was like I was being charged triple for phone insurance. I called and canceled them all.
