The Geek squad never had to service the product, I got rid of the phones before expiration.

Great help on replacing my device, since original was defective.

My 2-year warranty was honored right away. My phone was replaced and the tech personnel transferred all phone contacts and photos to my replacement phone. Great Service.

Plan and. Payments in insurance say this. Coverage under your Plan will continue and you authorize Best Buy to charge your credit or debit card. But I can't use a debit card to update payment info it needs to be a credit card! Why? They say there willing. To wait while my credit card comes in the mail. Since it was stolen Still its Frustrating .

Hope the service is good when i need it, but havent gotten to test yet.

Whenever you get a new phone or tv I definitely recommend getting the Geek Squad insurance plan. It's totally worth it.

Always those guys have a good service and try to find a solutions to the problems

I never needed to use their services for the particular device I insured, but it's good to know that I had protection if ever anything happened to my expensive device.

Always a great option to purchase this. If your device ever breaks, you're covered.
