Never had to use it yet, but I would not buy a car without a warranty so why would I buy a phone without a warranty

Dont remember what warranty i got this for but i think it was for one of the phones i bought

I dropped my phone and the geek squad guys helped me out so much; new phone ordered with ease.

Nice to have expensive to use they charge you yet another fee to take care of the situation.

Considering the price you pay, this is absolutely not worth it. Broken phones still cost $250+. And there is no replacement, you have to wait for them to mail you a replacement then mail your broken phone back. But you also pay an extra deposit so to replace a broken phone costs $500 up front. Ridiculous. I had them charge me $60 for a screen protector that they placed for me (one of those fancy lifetime ones) and it lifted on 2 corners within a few weeks. And the guarantee on that.....nothing. So truly pointless. I will never waste my money on this again.

Have not used but love the peace of mind. most of the phones we buy last 2-3 years but accidents happen and this kind of protections is perfect.

I never had to use my Geek squad protection plan yet because I never dropped my phone or damaged it. I am glad that I got it just in case you never what could happen.

They took really great care of me, resulting in a new replacement phone with an additional cost of course.

Haven't had to use it yet, but it gives me some peace of mind.

Always have fixed my problems with ease! If they couldn't fix it they replaced it I will always buy warranties for my expensive things.
