purchased this plan for my moto G. haven't had to use it. but it's good to know its there if i need it.

It is a bit much to pay for the deductible if anything were to happen to my product, overall I think this purchase is fair since I expect to have and use my product (Google pixel 4a-5g) for my re than a couple of years if possible, and the peace of mind is greatly rewarded.

I love everything about it wouldn't trade if for nothing about it

Bought the protection a week later i dropped my phine and they said they dont cover samsung phones anymore so they gave a refund instead although i am great for that i would have liked to purchase a protection plan for the new phone i purchased right after

Very inexpensive insurance well worth it $ 1,500.00 do yourself a favor put as much insurance as you can on your gear.

I love my Samsung S21. I have tried other brands, but always go back to Samsung.

This did absolutely nothing for me. I was sold on a certain coverage and when i needed it, i was told the deductible was higher and i would not receive the level of service promised. I ebded up fixing my phone outbof pocket somewhere else. 90% of the squad has an unhelpful attitude i see them treat other customers badly in store and don't trust someone like that with any device.

Its a great service, they answer your calls fast and help you out, only problem i had was that at the store they failed to mention i had to pay $250.00 when i lost my phone and had to get a new one. I thought the phone was covered with the initial payment

I'm happy and relieved I got the GSPP, it gives me piece of mind that I have the insurance incase anything happens to my device.

The geek squad is very efficient and I returned the phone because it did not have extra memory

I have yet to use this for my phone but I get this service for my other devices and its pretty easy to get a replacement

As delicate as some of these mobile phones can be, it's great to know that I have a bit of extra protection just in case.

Better to have protection than sorry. They replaced the screen if its cracked or give you a new phone.
