Definitely do it!!! My husband phone broke a week after we purchased and thank to the plan, we got a new phone + the best service ever

Team members helped me sign up for monthly protection for my new phone after the salesman that sold me my phone said there was only yearly protection and tried to push their credit card.

I recommend getting this protection plan because I traded in my iPhone 8 and because of this I was given store credit , $629, and bought the iPhone XR . Literally an upgrade.

I have the Geek Squad for almost all of my electronics....televisions, DVD players, and my cellphones. I could not be happier as I have never had a problem with the Geek Squad's service. I have heard that some people have had rare issues, but in my 20+ years as a BB member, I love the Geek Squad.

I bought the protection plan for my new phone since my last phone died a lot earlier than anticipated (no protection plan). Consider the cost of the plan relative to the cost of the phone and if it seems reasonable than go for it. I thought the protection was a good deal considering the price of the new phone.

Haven’t had to use it but it’s nice to know it’s there if I do!

I HAVE LEARNED FROM THE PAST TO ONLY BUY THE 1-YEAR ACCIDENTAL GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION PLAN. BECAUSE THE PHONES I BUY CAN NOT BE FIXED ONLY REFUNDED ON A GIFT CARD AND THE PLAN IS NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE!

I haven't had to use the Geek Squad Mobile Protection yet, but I have used their service in the past. It's great to have people who actually know electronics and can help you instead of passing you to someone else. I think the plan is a great deal and I love that I can pay for 2 years upfront instead of a monthly recurring bill.

Geek Squad protection has always been veey good. The only drawback us if you loose your phone and having to have ut replaced, witout a piece of the phone they didn't use to replace it

This is a great plan & piece of mind whenever offered. I always get the service plan, especially on replacement items. You can't replace it for the price of the plan and if something happens, presto you get a replacement. What's not to like? (I do work for Best Buy, but my opinions are my own and do not necessarily reflect Best Buy policy)

Nice sense of security to have a samsung galaxy. Always nice to not pay full price.

Wow. Very helpful. I always purchase produxt protection. Paying for the plan is so worth it. Today geek squad help me and they made me feel like i was the only person in the store. Thank you for your hard work. Names i remember are David and Paul. A few others helped, but sorry didnt get a name.

With kids this is a must have for accidents and mishaps

I’ve always loved best buy and their warranty. It is always guaranteed and I don’t have to go through a insurance company to make a claim. Best Buy has the best warranty offers overall by far.

Nice to have just in case you have that accent you don't plan on having.

This is the best warranty because if whenever your phone breaks or doesn't work within the warranty period, you can return it for store credit or get another item just like it!

Its needed specially for a high cost phone. At least for the dirst 2 years

Geek Squad is worth the money for my protection on my phone. They are always willing to help me with any questions

I haven't had to use the accidental Geek Squad protection plan on the item I got it for but I have used it on different products i've bought from Best Buy and bought it for and so worth paying for it because anything happens to the product and they will fix it for you.
