    I never had to use my Geek squad protection plan yet because I never dropped my phone or damaged it. I am glad that I got it just in case you never what could happen.

    The geek squad installed two TVs and ond TV mount for us. Set both TVs up and explained everything to us. Was very professional and nice. Left no mess.
