After paying $10 a month for almost a year i had a issue with my phone screen not working properly and they wanted to just replace the whole phone which was $200 plus additional fees. They need to be more clear on that you would have to pay half or more then half the phones cost just to get a screen repair, i could have my screen repaired for less elseware and not have to pay $10 a month.

Protecting your device from scratches is just the best thing to do!

I mean luckily I never had to use it. I work in construction and my Pixel 4 XL is still in near perfect condition after a couple of years. I stopped paying for coverage

It worked out for me, because with in that year my phone was damage and i was able to replace it.

I could not ask for s more varied and wise experience at your Best Buy. I’ll do it again.

Hopefully I never have to use this protection but happy I have it should the need arise.
