So I saw the Oculus when they first came out but there was no way I was going to spend that kind of money on it. I wanted to get the Rift but didn’t have a computer that was compatible. This was the next best thing. I was concerned about the fact that some reviews said it causes headaches. I get migraines so I bought the Switch which my kids use. When I heard the cost was going up, I placed my order for one. OMG! I love this thing!!! I have the best time doing Beatsaber. I also have a few other games that involve problem solving. It’s I expect you to Die.

Second vr headset I have bought and my favorite by far! The fact it is wireless is my absolute favorite. No worry about tripping over cords or needing a beefy PC to run it! Only two annoyances is it's limited on games unless there is a PC attachment so you can play steam VR games as well. Second would be it's linked to Facebook. So if you lose your Facebook account you lose any and all VR games bought. So make sure it's a Facebook account you never touch to ensure it's not lost.

I have not had to use my protection plan yet but when I contacted the store Geek Squad was so helpful. I definitely would recommend getting protection plans through Best Buy because it makes it so much easier if something goes wrong with whatever you purchase.

The plan is better than expected I had to return it three time due to sound issues. Everyone was helpful all Three times with the exchange.

This is now my third Meta Quest 3 due to ongoing controller issues not properly functioning with the device. Because of this, I’ve been forced to purchase three separate warranties, which feels completely unnecessary. When you buy a warranty, it should cover the product for the stated period—in this case, two years. I should not lose warranty coverage simply because the device itself was defective and had to be replaced. That was not my choice. The store was unable to fix the issue, so replacement was the only option. Defective hardware is a manufacturer and storage issue, not a customer issue. On top of that, I originally had two 256GB devices, and my replacement is now only 128GB because the larger storage option was out of stock. Downgrading storage on a replacement device is unacceptable, especially when the replacement is due to repeated defects. Overall, the Quest 3 itself is great when it works, but the controller reliability, replacement process, and warranty handling have been extremely frustrating. Customers should not be penalized for defective products or forced into buying multiple warranties for the same device.

I can not speak high enough about the protection plans Best Buy offers with their electronics! It has paid itself off over and over. I am very protective of my electronics and have not damaged them or had any issues, but it’s nice to know they are covered if anything were to happen. Where the service really shines is that they ‘lock in’ your purchase price and anytime within the 2 year timeframe you can trade the device in basically no questions asked for a credit of the full initial price paid. This credit can be used to purchase a replacement of the same device, or something entirely different. I have often bought a device and a newer model is released within the 2 years and I simply take it into best buy and swap it out for the new one.

Pretty good device I loved the features it brings vr to life .

We got the first quest 3 for Christmas 2023 it failed 3 weeks later death screen. It took a few weeks to get refunds and exchanges to go through. Meta themself sucked they never responded to 6 emails! They have no phone support for calls!! It was Best Buy who went above and beyond and replaced the unit. They were excellent customer service!!!

I was get this and renew it when the 2 years up. It is perfect to have if it goes out or needs repaired.

GREAT PRO PLAN! Had my quest for almost 2 years, it did quit on me eventually rightfully so, i play it for hours everyday. So I bought it in to Best Buy, told them the problem, glad I purchased the 2year plan, they asked no questions, told them what was wrong, they said no problem, and are sending me a replacement with another protection plan. " NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS' THANK YOU SO MUCH! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

great product tracking is perfect i prefer the 3 over the the 3s higher memory

Using the Quest 3 was my first experience in VR and it has been pretty impressive. The MR has been a good experience as well. My only minor gripe would be with the Meta Store UI could use a bit of work but thats not a major concern.
