As long as I waited to buy VR and as much as I wanted the unit I could not get past its linkage to Facebook. This really wasn't too my liking and immediately turned me off. The device itself was great and very easy to setup aside from being forced to create a Facebook account.

My son love that game I will buy one for my daughter as well

For an expensive product it might be worth the purchase. However, I just saw Meta selling this service for way cheaper.

This device functions without any other necessary equipment and one might think that it is easy to use but it is not. There are some defects in the product is very difficult to learn how to use it because of a lack of instructions it’s cool just advanced faming

Ordered them about a month ago and they still won’t ship tell December 30th

It work well. After a while had some issues with the control drifting.

Never had to use it but always was relieved to have it.

the sensors have stop working and the mic so i am having to take it back to get a new one. only get this product if you want to gamble with it.

Jist 1 month and half my left habd controller went dead and when i went to best buy to use my warranty they informed me that if i uses it to get a new set i would need to rebuy the 199.00 warranty again!.. why would i need to rebuy a 199.00 warranty again is beyond me, i would think the warranty would cover any issues for 2 years not limited to one issue per 199.00.. i sent it to oculas for another controller instead.. seems like this warranty is limited.

Love the fact that you can protect your product. The only drawback is you can't renew when the Geek Squad service is over.

Bought for Christmas and the same day of opening, we bought 2, both had issues with the remotes. They are too expensive for this issue, kids couldn’t even enjoy them.

I don’t yet anything without it. But it depends on who is helping me that determines if I’m satisfied with the service. Some can be a little extra and others are right to the point.

It's good to talk to someone instead of a call center

i feel like the geek squad are just there just to get paid but some other people who work there love their job and are very useful.

Hopefully this won’t be needed but it’s nice to think my VR is insured.
