Nice for addiction and fun in metaverse would not recommend for marry men.

Broke the controller and gave me replacement for free and connected automatic I had to do no work.

My son rarely used it but it has cool games and looks really cool when playing with it. Love how you can use it sitting or standing and in specific areas you choose

The 3-D virtual environment is amazing and coupled with the amazing audio, it feels like you in the middle of whatever your watching or game your are playing. My favorite is the Roller coaster in space and the walking tour of the Vatican City in Rome. The best.

Great Idea for the Oculus Meta Quest 2! I have a lot more peace of mind knowing that any damage done to the device can be repaired in a timely manner.

I haven't needed to use this yet but if it breaks for any reason within 2 years I can replace it. That is worth it to me.

I have not had to use this but i always recommend getting protection plans for electronic products.

Haven't had any issues since I bought this and primarily use it for Beat Saber~ Get an Elite Strap or one of the better end Halo ones tho. It'll be a game changer

Best Buy’s protection is the best and worth every Penny. On top of that Best Buy price matches! So if I can find something somewhere cheaper I’ll run to Best Buy and save myself some money and throw on the protection plan!

So awesome it another world. Depending on the game you buy the graphics range from crappie to mind blowing.

We love this VR headset. It works well and is easy to use. We bought the battery upgrade kit. Its much nicer to wear with that. My kids love it.

The service was great. The gentleman that helped us was amazing. I was very frustrated with the answer I got twice (Different sets) about having to purchase the extended warranty AGAIN. They said it is for replacement only and not repair.

It was pretty straightforward went to Best Buy to return an old model that was damaged they gave me a replacement the meta quest 2
