Excellent game console we have so much fun playing and discovering all the games

I got the protection i needed. I think i made a great decision.

Old one broke and they swaped it out in store, they even let me pay the differance and upgrade

Perfect except for the fact, I traded in a 256 GB I got a replace with the 128 GB took care of the store

My son accidentally ripped the string and Best Buy took care of the problem and replaced for new one

Always get the protection plan. It’s very useful and geek squad normally is able to fix it. It’s not a one time use so it goes based on a deductible of how much you paid for the device.

The warranty is an absolute must on this product not that it has broken but with kids sometimes they put these on and freak out because it is so real and drop them.

Definitely worth purchasing protection plan when kids are the main players!

It’s a very great idea to get the insurance on ur devices if there’s any problems they fix it right away.

Replaced my entire Oculus 2 even though just one of the controllers were broken. Well worth the extra $50
