This is now my third Meta Quest 3 due to ongoing controller issues not properly functioning with the device. Because of this, I’ve been forced to purchase three separate warranties, which feels completely unnecessary. When you buy a warranty, it should cover the product for the stated period—in this case, two years. I should not lose warranty coverage simply because the device itself was defective and had to be replaced. That was not my choice. The store was unable to fix the issue, so replacement was the only option. Defective hardware is a manufacturer and storage issue, not a customer issue. On top of that, I originally had two 256GB devices, and my replacement is now only 128GB because the larger storage option was out of stock. Downgrading storage on a replacement device is unacceptable, especially when the replacement is due to repeated defects. Overall, the Quest 3 itself is great when it works, but the controller reliability, replacement process, and warranty handling have been extremely frustrating. Customers should not be penalized for defective products or forced into buying multiple warranties for the same device.

Purchased the Oculus 2 for my son for his birthday. I had a hard time anywhere else, but Best Buy made it happen! Thank you so much, hopefully, I won't need the warranty, but it here if I need it.

Better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it. I’m a firm believer is protecting expensive electronic equipment.

Is necessary for this type of stuff, you can hut anything or you can have a mistake and then you loose all your money. I had to change mine once because i loose one pixel once

Super smooth graphics and gameplay! Love how you can see the room in some games. Headset is very comfortable and lightweight.

My family love this game it make family night so much better when we can challenge each other.

Now I don't have to worry about if my glasses decide to stop working.

We got this for my little brother for his birthday after he spent years asking for one. Extremely pleased with this headset, I didnt plan to use it really ever but have found that its surprisingly fun. Very comfortable even for long play sessions and very happy with the performance in game.

My 10 year grandson loved his VR. He enjoys playing and enternaing us. Having this membership means any issues Geek squad can figure it all out for me.

Had to replace my GoPro and a pair of Meta Glasses. They made the experience seamless.

I'm always off and on about these types of extra protection plans. Kinda like should you spring for the name bran peanut butter or do the savings generic brand. I say yes to this type of item. So many times on and off, the delicate lenses and they are made of plastic and I have two labs. Not to say that this covers the pets but just a general good feeling to have it on this one.

Son loves it. He is always playing and gets to play with his friends.
