Good coverage for my Oculus! Just in case, cause I have kids and low ceilings.

We have always had professional service with geek squad.

I got this because we have small kids in the house, hopefully we won't need it.

I’m really disappointed with my experience on my recent order. I placed it on October 29, and for an entire month the status has stayed at ‘Ready for packaging’ with no progress or updates. This is very frustrating and not the level of service I expect from Best Buy. I would appreciate better communication, accurate timelines, and real updates when an order is delayed for this long.
