    Not sure how to review this. Just be aware if your headset breaks and they replace the whole headset you need to get a new geek squad protection for the new headset. This is odd cause if your contract is for certain years it should be valid for those years.

    It's well made, howver it seems the ones made during the holiday were cheaplh made, as I've heard numerous reports of joystick drift. I'm pretty sure it's only an issue with the holiday 2022 quests though as the issue hasn't been reported on any other release (well as far as I know)

    I like the concept for this but it is too heavy on your face and your face starts sweating ( it’s easy to do) it will slide down your face. If you care about your skin this game is not for you.

    When I bought the protection plan I was never explained that even tho I’m buying it for “2 years” if my meta glasses get damaged, without me actually damaging them, they just stopped working, I would automatically lose those 2 years since I would be “returning” my old glasses for new once and have to repurchase the protection plan AGAIN, which has no type of logic to it because I’m paying a plan for 2 years. So I honestly was upset about that because I was never explained that, because even then before I bought the glasses I asked about the protection plan to see what’s covered and what’s not and not once was this mentioned indicating that the returning my old glasses cause they stopped working to get new ones “fulfills” the old protection plan, don’t get me wrong at least I’m getting new glasses and my $400 didn’t just go to waste but $80 everytime they get damaged is kind of insane.

    I liked the quest 2 at first. It was fun. But after time the speaker goes out and its been glitching lately where i have to reboot the system in order to start playing again

    Honestly. I paid for 2 years Geek Squad plus had a year warranty on VR Headset. Before my 1 year warranty was up, I had to exchange for a replacement headset and Best Buy told me that I would have another year warranty on the new headset. I thought this process went great. Well, not true. 4 months later my left controller would not function right. Called Best Buy to get it resolved and they told me my geek squad was cancelled and I didn't have any warranty. That is so messed up. So now must spend lots of money for a left controller or get meta quest to help me. Hopefully Meta helps. The controllers cost a lot for 1 controller Sheesh.
