Always get protection I needed to replace mine since my niece dropped it and Best Buy were great with the return and exchange since I had protection plan

Due to my agoraphobia and severe epilepsy I have trouble leaving the house I discovered the meta quest 2 and The geek squad help me discover the world with it . I now have freedom I never thought I would be able to experience

The geek squad protection is the best. I purchase it for all of my items that I feel there is a potential for accidental damage like my watch or the quest 3.

I got this cause with VR there will definitely be a point where I accidentally chuck one of the controllers into a wall or swing my arm and hit something. I'm very clumsy.

Its warranty, it works good for stuff u have to drop off and if geek squad is doing the job got a new oculus when a controller died on me, but NOT for when they use a third party cause they are bad!

My husband and i boyght one and we alternate playing and we have a blast playing and watching the other one playing no need to buy two when you can share one!

The plan is a must and the geek squad team is the best. If you purchase any electronic you definitely should get the protection plan... trust me it will save you time and money.

I believe this is a great plan for the price, I had a rift s that I returned a couple months after purchase because of the cheap controllers oculus made and it was quick and easy, answered a couple questions, gave the headset to geek squad, and got it retuned and a new one was sent to me 2 weeks later. Overall a must have purchase especially for expensive items

I can now.bring the device anywhere and not have to worry about dropping it as i am.covered fully.

I'll right a review ahead of time, I know these protection plans are worth it since I also work in retail selling similar plans. If/when anything goes wrong with my headset I'll have this in my back pocket to get it replaced. Worth it on something you literally strap to your face and move around vigorously in. (This was specifically bought for a VR headset).

My son has been waiting to purchase this one! He has the original too and this one has better quality and I love that he can see with out taking it off!
