This headset exceeded all expectations I had for vr in general. I always thought it was just a cool gimmick but playing on this headset has opened the door for me into this new world. Only issue i have with the headset is the occasional slowdown or freeze up, but that only started with the last 2 big updates. I cant wait to upgrade to a quest 3 so I can try out the new mixed reality features.

Purchase because it gets use by husband and son very much so having an option and coverage to get it fix incase i need it is helpful.

This is nice to have just in case. Had one for a tv and they gave me the full replacement value after it was determined the tv wasn't economically repairable.

Since they dont sell replacement controllers this keeps me confident that if something happens to them i will be able to get a brandnew controller/headset from bestbuy

Really great and love how immersive it is it makes it much more enjoyable then the vr2 and its lighter then the three only thing is is the quality isn’t 4k but it’s worth it

I love the option to add protection to all my devices purchased from Best Buy because it’s so easy and the staff are all very helpful.

The geek squad protection plan is a must. I was having issues with my quest 2. I had stick drift, battery draining, and apps closing in middle of game. I took my headset in and they exchanged it, no questions asked. I was able to upgrade to the quest 3 at a fraction of the cost because of this plan. Don’t ever go without the geek squad protection plan on large purchases!

Glad I bought the 2 year extended plan. Unit kept over heating and was replaced with a new one. Gladly paid for new warranty. The staff was quick, professional and courteous!!!

We bought this for my son for Christmas and it was his FAVORITE present by far! He loves the games on there. He even got his grandmother and grandfather on and they just loved it! They couldn’t stop laughing and they are very old so it was surreal for them to see and work this type of technology. A great product that truly can bring the whole family together. It’s also hilarious to watch the person playing the game.
