This has been the best Quest 3.Better camera view and better video quality. I also want to take a moment to say that Union City customer service was amazing. I love the service they always provide that is why I love coming here.

This is my 3rd oculus . The remotes dont seem to want to charge they blink green to yellow. Geek squad is the best so I know they will fix the issue

The Geek Squad service offers peace of mind for accidental replacement should it be necessary. Personally, there are some items I wouldn't need it on with my technical expertise, but for a mobile headset that my family will use from time to time, I felt it was necessary.

One of my son's controllers stopped working. We ended up getting a full refund and just reordered another pair. The process at the store was fast and easy!

So glad I purchased this protection plan. One of the controllers to my son’s Oculus was glitching, took it to Best Buy and they gave me a brand new Oculus. So if you’re looking to buy one soon definitely get the protection plan!!!! I also buy another one on the new Oculus!

My whole family loves the oculus. I originally bought it for the kids, but it’s safe to say the parents love it too. We all enjoy it.

Obviously this is essential for the Quest 2! While it is VERY durable, anything can happen. Reports have said the charging port is burning if leaving it charging on maximum charge too long. The lenses can always be scratched and you may not know why. Endless more reasons that could happen. Just buy the warranty because it's better to buy it then have not and be out of luck for any reason.

Never let me down, I got a 2 year plan for Sons oculus quest and after 1 year it broke and I was able to get a brand new one and also upgraded to a better one

Great add on got it for my vr headset for peace of mind.

The entire family loves it! We got it for Christmas last year and it has a been a big hit. Definitely gives a workout. The headset is a bit heavy so be careful when transferring from person to person, especially kids.

Purchased this warranty, hopefully I won’t have to use it but it definitely comes in handy.
